Pet Policy
Pets are NOT allowed in our tent sites, camper cabins, suites, people traveling with tent trailers, or with RVs with canvas pop-outs/ups. Motorhomes and hard-sided travel trailers with air-conditioning are allowed a MAXIMUM of 2 dogs.
We will allow three dogs if they are each under 20 lbs. NO aggressive dogs/breeds are allowed in our park.
Monthly Stay Deposit & Cancellation Policy 2024:
At the time you make your reservation, a $100.00 electric deposit is required.
A 14-day notice is required to change arrival dates or to cancel. A $25.00 cancellation fee applies.
If you cancel inside the 14-day time frame you will forfeit the entire $100 deposit. Months are based on 28 days. Monthly rates apply only to those guests staying a full month or longer. Early departures will result in the rate reverting back to the daily or weekly rate.
Site rates and electric charges are automatically processed on the first Monday of the month. Based on availability, we will do our best to honor site preferences.
It is best to provide us a list of several sites you prefer because if you like it someone else will also and reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Electricity is metered and charged monthly at $0.13 per kilowatt. water, Wi-Fi, and cable television are included. A one-month minimum is required with additional days prorated at the monthly rate.
